Very friendly, fast, and professional service. They are the first pharmacists to ever remember who I am and greet me by name everytime I came in. No matter how busy they may be, they're never too busy to answer any questions I have and spend as much time as may be needed to clarify what I don't understand. They also provide delivery service, which has been much appreciated during the times when I am in too much pain to drive myself down there. Even though this pharmacy is not on my insurance's list of preferred pharmacies, I choose to pay the slightly higher co-pays, for the excellent, personal, friendly service, and fast turn around time. I've tried every pharmacy in Richland, and RX Pharmacy is the only one that treated me like they truly cared about me as a person.

I used to have Reliance Pharmacy in Kennewick as the pharmacy I trusted. With complex medical issues I had a long list of prescriptions and for years they took great care of me and got to know my adult children when I could no longer pick up my own meds. I thought they were unique with their talent and service and they have free prescription pick up and drop off even though I never used that service. I was a bit worried when I went on hospice and found out that they have their own preferred pharmacy that they use. To my amazement I have found that this pharmacy is just as kind, caring, knowledgeable, personable and quick. Other than a few times something unexpected happened and my children went to pick up an emergency prescription, this pharmacy has had some amazing people that bring my prescriptions right to my door every week. They have been so kind and understanding as they've waited out in our summer heat because it takes several minutes to get my lift chair to slowly get to where I can get out of it and then use the walker to get to the door. They've actually apologized to me for having to get up, little things like that show what kind of people they are. They even pet my dog that demands attention and thank goodness they haven't been scared off by the deep growles and barks when he hears someone come to the door! He now knows that they are ok and he gets a treat now everytime I get my medications and I think he looks forward to their deliveries. As a pet parent, I really appreciate their kindness and understanding and nerves of steel when they make their deliveries. We are truly blessed here in the Tri-Cities to have two such amazing pharmacies like this with such kind , happy and helpful people. I don't know why anyone would choose the pharmacies with grumpy people that don't seem to care, that treat you like a number and make you wait hours and hours. I get my scripts sent here. They are always helpful and kind. There was one time I needed antibiotics for my daughter and they weren't going to get it in until the next day. The only bad experience I had was because they didn't notify me. I called them (at the end of the day) and they were able to send the script over to a pharmacy that could fill it. It was a little annoying, but understandable how this happened. Despite this experience, I have had multiple positive experiences with them and love them!

Rx Pharmacy is without question the best pharmacy in town. These folks have customer service perfected! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and best of all is their fast and accurate service. Top notch local business that provides an excellent service to the community. I would highly recommend Rx Pharmacy for anyone who is tired of poor service and long wait times at the larger chain store pharmacies.

I wanted the Covid booster and flu shot as I’ll be traveling soon. My health insurance is ca based and I wasn’t sure if it’d be accepted, but they ran my insurance on their end before hand and everything worked. Overall I was there for under 30 min- 10 minutes of checking insurance, 10 minutes of waiting, then a few minutes of getting the vaccines (which was quick and smooth). I’d recommend!

Always such a breeze from the moment you walk in, they immediately greet you and get right to your prescription if it's not already ready! Like it genuinely never takes over 5-8 minutes for them to receive AND FILL my script. Such a blessing this place and the employees are!
